Runn Shop App is intended exclusively for restaurant owners, shop owners, and their authorized staff. This app enables merchants to manage their shop profile, add or update items, manage prices and availability, and receive and process customer orders placed through the Runn platform.

This application is not for customers.

To provide merchant services, the Runn Shop App may collect limited business and user information such as:

• Shop or business name and address
• Owner or admin mobile number
• Login and authentication details (OTP-based)
• Order and item management data

Purpose of Data Usage

The collected information is used only for:

• Merchant account authentication
• Receiving and managing customer orders
• Updating order status and item availability
• Operational communication and support

Customer Data

Runn Shop App displays customer order details only for the purpose of order fulfillment. The app does not sell, misuse, or independently store customer personal data beyond what is required to complete orders.

App Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect all data processed through the app. Merchants are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

Please do not share your username, password, OTP, or security PIN with anyone.

Data Sharing

Information processed through Runn Shop App is shared only with Runn’s internal systems and delivery partners as necessary to fulfill orders and provide services. We do not sell or rent data to third parties.

Account Deletion

Shop owners may request deletion of their Runn Shop App account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
