Runn Delivery Partner App – Privacy Policy

About the App

Runn Delivery Partner App is designed exclusively for delivery partners (delivery boys/riders) who wish to work with the Runn platform. The app enables delivery partners to complete onboarding, receive delivery tasks, and earn payments.

Onboarding & Access Process

To ensure service quality and safety, delivery partners must complete the following steps before accessing the app:

• Watch mandatory online training videos
• Submit personal and identification details
• Upload required documents
• Select delivery bag and T-shirt size
• Pay a one-time registration fee
• Complete mobile number OTP verification

Access to the app is granted only after successful admin verification and approval.

Information We Collect

• Personal Details: Name, mobile number, address
• Identity Documents: Aadhaar card, PAN card
• Driving Documents: Driving license, vehicle RC
• Photographs: Selfie for identity verification
• Bank Details: Account number, IFSC (for payouts)
• Location Data: Required for delivery operations

Purpose of Data Collection

• Delivery partner identity verification
• Fraud prevention and platform safety
• Delivery task assignment and tracking
• Processing earnings and payouts
• Regulatory and compliance requirements

Payment Information

Registration fees and related payments are processed securely using Razorpay, a trusted third-party payment gateway.

Runn does not collect or store card details, UPI credentials, or sensitive payment information. Only payment confirmation and transaction status are received.

Verification & Account Status

After successful payment and document submission, delivery partner accounts remain under verification. Login and app access are enabled only after admin approval.

Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect delivery partner data. Access to sensitive information is restricted and used strictly for legitimate business purposes.

Delivery partners must keep their login credentials and OTPs confidential.

Data Sharing

Runn does not sell, rent, or misuse delivery partner data. Information is shared only internally for verification, compliance, delivery operations, and payment processing.

Account Deletion

Runn Delivery Partner App allows users to delete their account directly within the app.

How to delete your account:

• Open the Runn Delivery Partner App
• Login to your account
• Go to the Profile section
• Tap on "Delete Account"
• A confirmation popup will appear
• Tap "Delete" to permanently remove your account

What happens after deletion:

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• All your personal data will be removed
• All orders and delivery history will be deleted
• Uploaded documents will be deleted

Important:

• This action cannot be undone
• Some payment or transaction records may be retained for legal purposes
